Сначала показалось что-то вроде "Павлиноспирт". Думаю, при чем тут павлин и спирт)) Ох уж эти словообразования в судоназваниях. Вспомнил сразу сухогруз "Истгалфлес" - по началу не задумывался, что это за слово такое. "Ист галф" по-английски "восточный залив". И все это приляпали к "...лес". Забавно. Видимо, тут нечто похожее. Павино - село в Костромской области или же судоходная компания есть такая. С этим ясно. Но "спирит" тут при чем?)) Дух из Павино что ли? Вот умора.
