Постройка корабля началась в 2016 году и планировалась на 5.5 лет, однако из-за пожара (29.04.2019 на корабле возник пожар) и пандемии задержалась на 2 года. Стоимость корабля более 1 млрд.$ Длина-231м Ширина-32м Высота-58м Экипаж 1200 чел. На борту корабля базируются вертолеты, БПЛА Bayraktar и два десантных катера. Корабль также может перевозить 150 единиц техники.
