Судя по "особым приметам" - это "Обский-103".
"Особая примета" - брандвахта привязанная к корме з\с. Как правило на 103-м всегда так делали. Командир (Чекрыжов) таким способом снижал вероятность нарушений трудовой дисциплины командой... Но способы находили расслабиться.
107-й брандвахту на берегу ставил.
