Владелец старый. Название поменяли после ремонта. Вот взять тот же "Газпромнефть Мурманск", слово "Газпромнефть" уже давненько закрашено, но в документах ещё старое название, я так полагаю до ремонта. И с "Норд Истом", "Нордом", "Зюйдом", "Норд Вестом" так же. Но и шильдик Газпрома на трубе закрасили, странно.
