Почему Касимов?
В этом списке http://www.ifns.su/62/005/000000.html , например, н.п. Касимовский карьер относится к Касимовскому району.
Что юридический адрес "Касимовнеруд" в городе Касимове, не говорит о том, что место съёмки относится к городу.
