Я очень извиняюсь, Тухачевского Я точно фоткал на рейде в Ярославле, но в этом случае за кормой буксира, вроде, Правдинск (Балахна)

Если на фото Балахна, т.е. правый берег, то "Тухачевский" идет вниз. Но вниз нефтеналивные составы идут с порожними баржами.
