там раньше находилась установка по обеззараживанию воды, потом там стали кладовки устраивать

стояли "Озон-0,1", принцип обеззараживания - пропускание воды через кварцевые лампы. потом посчитали их вредными, что убивают бактерии, но воду "губят". на их месте поставили баки для питьевой воды
