Андропову вроде нужен был ремонт, поэтому его на эту навигацию заменил Чичерин, а Федина с Шашковым — наверное, невыгодно выпускать, все рынки заняты. Хотя с ними ВЪ могли бы допустим попробовать сунуться на Пермский рынок, всё-таки город-миллионник.
А вообще Федин в следующую навигацию должен выйти.
Сейчас проглядывается тенденция не давать судам простаивать больше 2-3 навигаций. Не удивлюсь, если в следующем году у Ъ вдруг выйдут Русь и Будённый, а у МТФ - Суриков с Репиным.

UPD:
О, Водоход тоже видит дыру в пермском рынке и в следующую навигацию отправит туда Белинского.
