А МЗ-02 точно эксплуатируется? По мне так он ещё 100% не сдан, т.к, как минимум, все окна закрыты щитами, которые были установлены перед покраской рубки. Ну, как судно может быть сдано/принято с заколоченными перед покраской окнами?
