Моя интерпритация событий. Навигация закончилась, после этого Красноярская ГЭС резко уронила уровень воды в Енисее. Задача была перетащить баржу с содержимым откуда-то (возможно, из затона ЦБК) через Ладейскую протоку в затон КБФ (Красноярской базы флота). Послали 2 Ангары, т.к. у них малая осадка. В этот день в Кырске был сильный порывистый ветер. Сил вырулить не хватило, их выдуло на отмель острова Осёдышь. Они корячились-корячились, сами столкнуть не смогли (на фото). Вызвали подмогу. Пришел Р-14 и вытянул баржу в одиночку (есть другое фото). На рейде Злобино уже ждал Пановик, который перехватил баржу у Р-14 и затолкал в затон КБФ. Такое приключение. У Ярославца в барже номер Е-2-1707.

Да, ветер действительно был. Но баржу никуда не тащили, она мирно стояла в затоне, но ночью ветром ее оторвало и унесло. По дороге она зацепила наплавное причальное сооружение, Товарища и Октябрьский мост. Все суда, включая саму БО-19 списаны и ждут распила.
