1 апреля заместитель Руководителя Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта В. Вовк принял участие в открытии транзитной навигации 2013 года в границах Азово-Донского бассейна.
Одним из первых через Кочетовский гидроузел в порты Волги произведен судопропуск теплохода «Бразерс-5» судоходной компании ООО «Палмали-Ростов».
