Согласно регистровой книге, с завода имени Горького с 1961 по 2006 год не выпускались "Метеоры" со стр. номерами 191, 195.

Тогда можно предположить, что эти таблички полна фикция, новодел. Но в тоже время такая же табличка, и в том же стиле есть на "Назарии" и там номер совпал.
