И сто лет назад у Вас летне-осенний период практически всегда была напруга с водой в районе Бийска и ниже. А сейчас еще и не капают и не строят. Зачем грустить,когда флот приписан к Барнаулу и Бийску работает. А что говорить о проживающих на Алтае, флот который приписан к Горно-Алтайску.
