Не всегда. Судя по сайту Михаила Архипова, первоначально порт приписки был Шиморское.

Ну первоначально - ДА, Шиморский. Была такая "фишка" до глобального объединения. Окские с четным номером - Касимовские, нечетные - Шиморские.
