В июле 1992 года своим ходом пришел из Рыбинска в Волжский, на водно-моторную базу ОАО "ВПЗ-15" (сейчас клуб "Мега-Спэйс"). Принадлежал ОАО "ВПЗ-15". Изначально и до окончания навигации 1992 года был буксиром, таскал под бортом т/х "Ахтубинский" (сейчас "Терса"). В 1993 году был переоборудован в пассажирский теплоход — срезан буксирный гак, наварено леерное ограждение, установлены лавки. До 2004 года работал на реке Ахтуба в Волжском на паромной линии пос. Рабочий — с/о "Подшипник". В 2003 году был передан на баланс садоводческого общества, но в 2004 году из-за экономических трудностей и малой воды в реке Ахтуба, был продан ОГУП "Волгоградавтодор".
