Скорее всего да , либо какие-то спец буксировки наподобие этой.

Регулярного судоходства на Суре нет с конца 90-х. Сейчас, в межень, даже на лодке местами не пройдёшь! Либо коряги, либо песок. Судоходную обстановку пока сохраняют на уровне подпора Чебоксарского водохранилища. Это 83 км. реки, немного выше Ядрина.
