Они там уже давно стоят, с декабря 2024 года.
В честь Дня Конституции на правом берегу Камы, у Коммунального моста, установили флаги России, Перми и Пермского края. Главные символы страны и региона размещены на флагштоках высотой в 45 м.
По словам губернатора Дмитрия Махонина, это самые большие флаги в Пермском крае. Их можно увидеть практически из любой части набережной — они будут приветствовать жителей и гостей краевой столицы каждый день.
