Помнится на этих судах были краны. Очевидно они стали лишними раз от них избавились.

именно на этих их не было. А вот на тех из чего их делали - были, но на некоторых уже в советское время их демонтировали. Видать портовыми кранами проще и быстрее грузить.

Просто краны г...о были, вот и сняли. Да еще за невостребованность. Эти балкера в основном работали в Европе, там всегда выгружают береговыми.

У Донского и при жизни кранов небыло. Он из первой серии. Вторая серия - тип Михаил Стрекаловский была с кранами.
