Это Регистровая книга морских судов СССР 1964-1965 ввела всех в заблуждение. Там написано 1958. Во всех последующих советских Регистрах уже 1959.

Vovanus верно указал, что "Мозырь" -- типа "Певек", но я бы сказал, что на фото все-таки танкер типа "Аксай".
