В РМРС он не числится (на сегодня), По https://www.marinetraffic.com он SHAVARSH с портом Калининград, но... с 1992 года (!), так-что вопрос открыт. P.S. Нашёл кое-какие данные на стрнице порта Калининград, сейчас поправлю.
