В южном порту стоит сейчас вроде всегда ОАО ЮРП Москва скоко себя помню изначально с ней 76 речной работал

По хорошему волгоградского порта, если не было дальнейшей передачи в аренду или следующей покупки.
Не буду вдаваться в фининсовую сторону этого вопроса, но с Р-57 это фактически объмен. Мы им "Речной", а они нам "Волгарь". Так по крайней мере планировалось изначально.
