5 июля, поздно вечером на подходе к порту Азов на Петровском перекате в районе буя №79 сел на мель теплоход «Волга-4004». Пострадавших и загрязнения окружающей среды нет. В 2-15 6 июля судно снялось с мели самостоятельно. Теплоход работает под флагом о. Кука, судовладелец СК Vernal, порт приписки Одесса, судно выполняло, рейс Дилискелеси (Турция) – Ростов-на-Дону в балласте.
