Работал на нём. После пожара его заново отстроили в Астрахани. Своим ходом пришёл в Волгоград. Отделку внутреннюю оставалось доделать. После гибели хозяина продали в Самару. Где он и пришёл в такое плачевное состояние. Очень жалко.
