"ПГР-19" уже работает. Как минимум с 10.07.14 к этому судну была подведена труба, а вчера с него вызывали Шлюз №1 (проверяли связь).
На мой взгляд, текущее состояние т/х "Нептун" (http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/20378/) указано не совсем верно: несколько дней назад он прошёл своим ходом по Каналу имени Москвы.
