Не здесь. Выше километров на 10.
Это снято в черте города. Здесь находится перевалочная база песка и гравия.
А плотину должны строить выше, в районе Большого Козино.

Я видел проект,и всё основное строительство будет в районе острова Ревякский и в рукаве Никольский. Створ плотины будет на 891 км судового хода http://rspin.com/img/maps/atlas/05/p5-23-1.jpg .Основная выгрузка массовых стройматериалов с грузовых судов будет именно в этом месте,как и на данном фото .

Я считал, что будут строить выше.
Здесь достаточно странное место для автомобильного перехода. Если его все таки решат делать.
