Это служебные плавсредства, не подлежащие учёту в Регистре по причине своего утилитарного назначения, поэтому их идентификация сложна и, на мой взгляд, бесперспективна.
На ваш вопрос может ответить только судовладелец. И в 90% случаев он сам или в лице официального представителя не знает ответ. Просто "противопожарная ботва" или что-то в этом роде...

понтон у крана - бывший теплоход типа " большая волга" с заваренными сваркой окнами, двери только некоторые оставили для входа выхода..А, ну еще по бортам наварили дополнительных конструкций что бы сильно не кренился при поворотах.
