В ходе боевых действий 22-27 августа 1945 года совершила поход, высадив десант в 61 человек в порту Маока, Сахалин. Во время похода транспортировала также три 45-мм орудия, закреплённых за ограждением прочной рубки. 10.06.1949 года переименована в Б-18. В 1952-54 годах прошла капитальный ремонт. В 1958 году выведена из состава флота, использовалась как учебная, переименована в УТС-85, была установлена в бухте Павловского
