Электроловильный комплекс состоит из буксируемого катамарана, сетной части трала с оснасткой, электрооборудования, двух буксиров мощностью 15 кВт каждый. Катамаран обеспечивает непрерывность лова. Для подъёма кутка с уловом на платформу катамарана при непрерывном лове служат кран-балка и турачка с механизированным приводом. На катамаране же располагается бензоэлектрический агрегат.
