В составе отряда базовых тральщиков 6 апреля — 17 мая 1939 совершил переход по маршруту Севастополь — Владивосток и включён в состав Тихоокеанского флота. В августе 1945 участвовал в Курильской десантной операции. В декабре 1945 передан Морпогранохране. Погиб в 1949 во время шторма у Курильских о-вов.
