Спущен 10.10.1934, вступил в строй 11.08.1938 и 13.08.1938 г. включён в состав БФ. 15.08.1941 проводил из Кронштадта в Таллин конвой за змейковым тралом, в районе мыса Юминда подорвался на двух минах и затонул.
