| Утром 9 сентября 2018 года крановое судно «Титан II» (ИМО 8129656), одно из пяти океанографических судов, севших на мель в районе охраняемой зоны Лагуна-де-Терминос в Мексике, загорелось. Судно-кран принадлежит оффшорной сервисной фирме Oceanografia. Он загорелся недалеко от Сьюдад-дель-Кармен, Мексика. О травмах не сообщалось. Судно село на мель у берега с февраля 2016 года и в прошлом подвергалось вандализму. В начале этого года пять человек были арестованы по подозрению в мародерстве.
