24 июня 1978 года в 5 часов 20 минут теплоход «Ракета-57» с полного хода ударился в берег в районе Непряхи, на 1855,8 км реки Камы. В результате удара большие повреждения причинены носовой части, оборвано крыло. Теплоход «Ракета-57» на продолжительное время выведен из эксплуатации.
