Прекращен постройкой 10.07.1941 г. 15.08.1941 г. оставлен на стапеле при оставлении Николаева советскими войсками и захвачен противником. Частично разобран, в Германию вывезено ок. 4000 т металла. При отступлении оккупантов из Николаева корпус был подорван, строительные леса сожжены.
