Чё-то мне кажется, что всё же город Отрадное, а не СПБ, в нём же находится СЗ "Пелла", где строили 433.
У Отрадного и СПБ общая граница, вот и пишут всё под одну гребёнку, демоны.

Тут больше на самоделку похож. Сейчас его вроде не воду спустили (что-то похожее сейчас там стоит). Попробую потом по лучше сфотографировать
