В 8-15 28 сентября на реке Амур, на акватории затона Хабаровской ремонтно-эксплуатационной базы флота, несамоходное судно без экипажа МТ-3044 (баржа), судовладелец АО «Амурское пароходство», стоящее на якорной стоянке в затоне, сильным порывом ветра (до 22 м/с) было сорвано со своего места и произвело навал на маломерные прогулочные суда и плавсредства яхтенного клуба, повредив их. Погибших и пострадавших нет. Разлива и угрозы разлива нефтепродуктов нет. Повреждения судна МТ-3044 и причиненный ущерб судам и плавсредствам яхтклуба определяются.
