По совокупным отличительным признакам и благодаря этой фотографии ( http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/8620/ ), сделанной примерно в то же время, буксир можно пометить как РБ-244. На оригинале угадывалось наименование РБ и последняя четвёрка, не рискнул указывать не будучи полностью уверенным.
