А точно у ОС-257 порт приписки Ульяновск и принадлежит оно Ульяновскому порту??? Судно уже не первый год в Ростове работает судя по фотографиям.

В начале 2000-х была в Ульяновске. Потом, по слухам, в аренду сдали.
А в РР та еще деза может быть, посмотрите, у него, согласно регистру, количество двигателей - 0
