Эксплуатировалась в составе с т/х Ядрин. 25 июня 2012 года во время рейса Камское Устье – Тольятти в составе с толкачом Шлюзовой-240 с грузом гипса под воздействием груза произошла деформация конструкции баржи. Через верхние края бортов стала поступать вода. В течение 15 минут баржа затонула на 1503-м километре судового хода в районе буя №50 в 4 километрах от берега и на глубине около 16 метров.
