Я немного опоздал, но всё же поясню свое пояснение :)
К настоящему времени из полусотни судов, у которых был опознан номер с префиксом RUA, почти все находятся в собственности УДП. Соответственно, работают на Дунае. Пара буксиров с киевской припиской, которые имеют номера и такие, и этакие - не в счёт.
Так что мой вывод скорее эмпирический, нежели теоретический. Фотографии судов с такими бортовыми на Днепре вижу впервые, хотя допускаю, что те же теплоходы 559 проекта запросто могут с Дуная на Днепр придти и обратно.
