побывал в гостях на таком *озернике. что удивило-в каютах на верхней палубе стекла опускаются на манер автомобильных в советской классике. крутишь ручкой и-вуаля )

На 428-ых с ручкой опускаются и поднимаются стекла только в рулевой рубке и то 6 шт. В каютах и других помещениях надстройки окна вагонного типа , нажимаешь на крючок и рывок вниз . Так же закрытие происходит вверх рывком до счелка.
