1800 метров согласно Yandex картам. Много снимков пришлось сделать, чтобы хорошо вышло.

При такой выдержке вполне можно обойтись без штатива.
У меня подобный объектив, причем из недорогих, для съемки даже на максимальном фокусе штатив не обязателен.
Балт Флот на этом снимке http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/172664/?vid=61021 сделан с реки от канатки. На максимуме, с рук.
