Ну не может это быть РТ-428, он в черте города работает у нас в Омске, через день вижу, как он возит баржи с песком с реч.порта, а тут вдруг он каким-то образом оказался на Оби. Надо оригинал получше увеличить, глянуть, может и правда это РТ-429, но однозначно не 428-й.
