Наконец то узнал причину. На пути в Салехард не доходя до Нового порта, во время сильного шторма оторвалось рулевое перо вместе со страховочными цепями. На толкачах привели в Тобольск, где поставили перо привезенное с Омска, снятое с Чернышевского
