Мазут флотский-589 т. Экипаж 54 чел. Ремонты: текущие 1959 и 1962 (СРЗ-35), средний 01.03.65-30.04.67 (СРЗ-35). Докования: 1966 (СРЗ-35), 1972 (СРЗ-82), 1975 (СРЗ-35), 1978 и 1981 (ПД-4). Приказом ГК ВМФ №183 от 24.08.1993 года исключено из состава ВМФ. 19.01.2001 года реализован ООО ПКП "Тандем-С". В 2005 году разделано на металл (г. Мурманск, Зелёный мыс), приняло участие в съемках худ.фильма "Караван PQ-17" (DANIEL MORGAN).
