Это регистрационный номер крана, присвоенный Ростехнадзором, а инвентарный, это внутренний номер судовладельца для ведения бухучёта. Так что эти номера нам не помогут, если, конечно, у кого-то нет знакомых в питерском филиале Ростехнадзора))
