Они уже на холодном отстое ,или вообще не работали в навигацию-2017 ? У "ОТ-2405" MMSI от "Москвы-191" ? Начинаешь поиск MMSI у Москвы-191, выдает другие цифры . Позднее стало MMSI у "ОТ-2405" от т/х "Капитан Манаков ", хотя судно однотипное но другое.

Уже начали разоружаться. Все в работе были, большинство флота еще до конца октября работать будет.
По MMSi... На речном флоте обязательную установку этого оборудования ввели не так давно и, в связи с недостаточным количеством, комплекты перекидывались вначале с одного судна на другое.

Это стрелка на заходе в затон. Если посмотреть отметку на карте то все видно.
