5 апреля 2013 года вечером на 2614-м км Волго-Донского судоходного канала (между 9 и 10 шлюзами) у танкера «ТН-608», принадлежащего ООО «Бриз» (Волгоград), произошел отказ рулевого устройства, в результате чего он совершил незапланированное движение влево по ходу на пересечение курса встречного танкера «Бразерс-15». Вследствие удара носовой частью танкера «Бразерс-15» в среднюю часть корпуса «ТН-608» у последнего образовалась пробоина правого борта с водотечью, которая остановлена.
Не эксплуатировался с 2016 года.
