Видать, какой-то бывший "кооператор" или что-то в этом духе.
Ниже 2005 года сплошной туман, но покопаться попробую.
А в целом - гран-мерси за внимание, после 2014-2015 года собирать данные по "мелюзге" стало неинтересным и бессмысленным.
Искренне сочувствую исследователям десятых годов - у них никакой точки опоры не будет, всё похерено и закрыто.
