Это как раз тот день, когда напротив Иртышской набережной, РТ-674 заглох, и его начало вместе с баржами крутить по течению реки, в итоге прибило за островом на левобережье, "Юрий Зинченко" утащил его в порт. Баржи увёз РТ-386, кстати вторая баржа МП-1021.

Теплоход РТ - 674 с баржами 2803 и 3021, гружеными щебнем на осадку 245 см, следовавший по маршруту г. Томск - г. Сургут, на 1222 км р. Обь вышел за левую кромку судового хода, в результате чего баржа 2803 села на мель. По имеющимся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс» данным Государственного морского спасательно-координационного центра Росморречфлота, пострадавших, разлива нефтепродуктов нет, судовой ход не перекрыт. К настоящему времени силами судовладельца баржа была снята с мели и состав продолжил движение.
