Теплоход «Речной - 13» с баржей No ТК - 3355 (груз щебень, осадка 155 см) на перекате Ташаринский (803,5 км р. Обь), следуя рейсом Скала — Мысовая, приняв сместившийся со штатного места красный буй No 197 за кромочный, ушел за белую кромку судового хода, и совершил посадку на мель. По имеющимся в распоряжении ИАА "ПортНьюс" данным Государственного морского спасательно-координационного центра Росморречфлота, навигационные знаки на штатных местах, за исключением красного буя No 197 (смещенного по непонятным обстоятельствам). На место происшествия на правлены теплоход «РТ - 346» с баржей и теплоход «Речной - 14» с КПЛ. После распаузки щебня на баржу 2879, при помощи плавкрана КПЛ - 3 0 - 87 баржу ТК - 3355 удалось снять с мели.
